The petitioner has an alternative remedy to assail the report dated 02.09.2020 (Annexure P-5). The petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal against the said order before the appellate authority within a period of three days. The appellate authority shall decide the same within a period of one week after filing of the appeal by passing a speaking / detailed order, in accordance with law.
