ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present regular second appeal is of the year 2019 which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing.

On 06.02.2020 the following order was passed : "On request, adjourned to 05.08.2020.

However, it is clarified that no further adjournment shall be granted. The case shall be considered/decided on the next date of hearing, irrespective of the fact whether the counsel comes present to argue the case or not." Today matter has been called twice. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
