HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking the writ of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.08.2020 (Annexure P-2) by which, the respondent-State had transferred the petitioners from one station to another.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the transfers which have been effected, vide order dated 31.08.2020, are against the guidelines, which have been issued by the State of Haryana for effecting the transfer and the said action of the respondents is causing prejudice to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance, which is being raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition, has already been raised by them by filing a representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2, which is still pending consideration with the said authority and the petitioners will be satisfied, in case a time NARESH KUMAR 2020.09.18 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Notice of motion.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that State has no objection of deciding the representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioners for the relief which has been claimed by them in the representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-5), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two week from today from the receipt of copy of this order.
