(ORAL) Learned Senior counsel after arguing for some time prays to withdraw the instant petition faced with the situation on the statement made by learned State counsel to the effect that re-planning pertaining to the land for which it has been disputed that commercial sites cannot come up as the same is alleged to be not the purpose of acquisition, stands approved by the competent authority. The same is not under challenge for which the counsel for petitioner prays to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
