Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to fairly, objectively and expeditiously investigate the allegations levelled against private respondents No.4 to 7.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. M.S. Nagra, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed application/representation dated 15.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Hoshiarpur, for the redressal of her claim.
