The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-21065-2021.

This Court had issued the following order in CWP-210652021, vide its order dated 17.11.2021:- "Admittedly, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.3.2020, copy Annexure P-10, addressed to the Director, Urban Local Bodies-cum-Fire Services, Haryana, Panchkula, has not been disposed of so far.

-2After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the nature of dispute and in order to enable the respondents to apply their mind to the grievances of the petitioner and to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 24.3.2020, (Annexure P10), submitted by the petitioner, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. A speaking order in that regard be passed, copy of which be sent to the petitioner as per registered AD Post.

It is observed that in case the petitioner still feels dissatisfied after disposal of his representation, then he may approach the Court again in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances."

In compliance of the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-21065-2021, compliance affidavit dated 11.08.2023 of Mr. Anju Chaudhary, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala, along with Annexures R-1 to R-6, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry.

A perusal of the above shows that, in compliance of the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-21065-2021, speaking orders dated 27.01.2022 (Annexure R-1) and 12.07.2022 (Annexure R-4) have been passed by the Director, Fire Services, Haryana, Panchkula and the

-3Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala City, respectively. 5.

In view of the above, since order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-21065-2021 has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 6.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking orders dated 27.01.2022 (Annexure R-1) and 12.07.2022 (Annexure R-4) have been passed by the Director, Fire Services, Haryana, Panchkula and the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambala City, respectively. 7.
