It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2021 which is about 11⁄2 years and eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 5)   !

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

The petitioner has already faced incarceration for about 11⁄2 years and eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The alleged recovery does not fall under the commercial quantity. The petitioner is stated to be not involved in any other case except one case under the Prisons Act.  7 

  )     the concession of regular bail to the petitioner, therefore the present petition is allowed. %       !
