Jyoti Bala and Ashish, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be major. They have pleaded that they have married on 14.09.2020 against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6 and seek protection of their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondents No.4 to 6. They have placed on record un-dated marriage certificate and photographs, Annexures P-3 and P-4, respectively evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation Annexure P-5 to Superintendent of Police, Karnal.
