[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This third petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 192, dated 11.08.2020, under Section 354-A IPC and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (amended Act, 2019) (Section 376-DA IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 were added later on), registered at Police Station City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

[4] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
