Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking release of arrears of salary, gratuity, leave encashment, CPF etc. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits at the outset that all the admissible dues have been released to the petitioner on 22.02.2014.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed of.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
