**** JASWANT SINGH , J.(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) The guarantor of a mortgaged property by way of filing a present petition is seeking a mandamus to the secured creditor/respondent-Bank to redeem the mortgaged property bearing Commercial Plot No.B-8, Sector 6, Suncity Rewari, qua which, the auction conducted on 01.12.2019 stands confirmed, however the sale certificate has not been registered.

In the light of even the sale certificate having been issued, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this writ petition to enable his client to seek his remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in accordance with law.
