ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit online E-Vahan portal entry for the vehicle bearing registration No.PIQ-1 owned by petitioner is sought herein. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.06.2020 (Anexure P-4) but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the petition. 3.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide his representation dated 18.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass a speaking order as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
