(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated 05.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa in CNR No. HRSI01005600-2017 titled as 'Rupinder Kaur vs. Gurnam Singh and another' whereby criminal appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 27.09.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dabwali in application for interim maintenance, has been dismissed.

The present revision petition pertains to the year 2018. Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.04.2018. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 2 dates i.e. DIVYANSHI 2024.07.22 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

   26.11.2018 and 24.05.2023. Even today also for the 3rd time, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view of the above, present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
