-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.145 dated 3.7.2022 registered under Section 61 of Excise Act, at Police Station City Budhlada District Mansa.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court.

State counsel on instructions from HC Darshan Singh has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and GAURAV SOROT 2023.02.10 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-30269-2022 submits that recovery has already been effected and further submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 15.7.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
