Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the application, dated 20.01.2025, Annexure P-6 , moved by the petitioners, who are some of the appellants before the Educational Tribunal, for issuance of direction to the respondent-College to produce original record pertaining to appointment and other service conditions of the petitioners for inspection, has been wrongly dismissed vide impugned order dated 03.04.2025. He has made a reference to appointment letters, dated 27.07.2005 and 22.07.2005, Seema 2025.05.16 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document



  Annexure P-5, to contend that these are fake documents statedly issued by the Principal, as at the relevant time there was no Principal working in the College. In case the original documents are not produced at this stage, the petitioners would not be able to take the plea of documents being fake before the Tribunal.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that a statement has been made by learned counsel representing respondents no. 1 and 2/College before the Tribunal that whatever record in respect of the appellants is in their possession, its photocopies have already been produced on record, and that he will produce the original copies thereof at the time of final arguments on the appeal.Considering the submission, the Tribunal dismissed the application seeking production of records, dated 20.01.2025. 4.

This Court finds no error of law in the impugned order dated 03.04.2025, nor does it create any hinderance for the petitioners/appellants to take the pleas as available to them imputing veracity of the documents produced before the Tribunal.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition and it stands disposed of.
