(ORAL) Challenge is to order dated 16.10.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat in Sessions Case No. 56/2017 arising out of FIR No. 55 dated 14.02.2017 under Sections 363-A, 366, 376, 420, 467, 468, 471, 212 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Ferozepur, Jhirka, District Nuh, Mewat; whereby in an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have been summoned as additional accused.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 16.10.2017, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
