The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to pay him compensation as per directions issued by this Court in 'Rajwinder Kaur Vs. State of Haryana and Anr.', Law Finder Doc ID#2379984 as he is victim of stray dog bite. 2.

As per pleadings, the petitioner was attacked by stray dogs on 07.10.2025 in Hoshiarpur. He suffered 8 injuries of teeth. He has filed representation dated 03.11.2025 seeking compensation as per judgment of this Court in Rajwinder Kaur (supra). 3.

Mr. Arun Khurmi, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of No.3. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that petitioner's claim would be considered and his grievance would be addressed in accordance with applicable policy as well as judgment of this Court in Rajwinder Kaur (supra). The needful would be done within 8 weeks from today.
