*** AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) By this petition the petitioner has challenged her transfer order from Panipat to Agra on the grounds that she was unwell and was getting treatment at Apollo and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. The respondents have now cancelled that transfer order and transferred her to Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be granted 15 days time to join at Ghaziabad.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection.

In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
