This is the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.100 dated 04.09.2020 registered under Sections 307, 336, 325, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga. Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
