***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.20 dated 20.03.2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 452, 148 and 149 of IPC at Police Station City Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

As per allegations in the FIR, petitioner gave a Tangli blow on the head of Nachhattar Singh which after the opinion of the doctor was found to be simple in nature.

Vide order dated 18.11.2019, passed by this Court, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ranbir Singh states that in view of order dated 18.11.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any further investigation of the case.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 18.11.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench is made absolute, however petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
