On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is taken on board for disposal.

At present, the petitioner is confined in Central Jail, Sri Goindwal Sahib, Tarn Taran, Punjab. His mother died on 31.05.2025 and her final rites are scheduled for today i.e. 09.06.2025.

A prayer for grant of interim regular bail has been filed. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State of Punjab has stated that the facts alleged in the application are correct i.e. the petitioner's mother died on 31.05.2025 and her final rites are scheduled for today. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State of Punjab has no objection if the petitioner is sent in police custody to attend final rites of his mother.

With these observations, the present petition is disposed of. 6.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
