(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that as the legal notice given by the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents and claim stands rejected, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
Counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner be also given a liberty to challenge the said order by which his claim has been declined.
In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of, as having rendered infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents rejecting his claim for the grant of benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme after completion of 4, 9, 14 years of service.
