******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that Pooja, daughter of petitioner, has since been recovered and is present in Court. She has got recorded her statement that she willfully married respondent no. 4-Ajay Kumar, who is also present in Court, and had sought protection of her life and liberty by filing a petition in Allahabad High Court. She intends to live with respondent no.4 and does not want to come to petitioner. Petitioner-Ranjeet Singh, who is present in Court, submits that Pooja, her daughter, has married respondent no .4-Ajay Kumar and he has no objection to their living together.
