(ORAL) These revision petitions have been filed assailing the correctness of order passed by learned Additional District Judge on 04.07.2022 while directing the decree holder to file the list of property of the judgment debtor within a period of 10 days to enable him to issue warrant of attachment.
Pursuant to assessment of enhanced market value, the certain amount along with the interest has become payable to the landowners, who stand deprived of their land. The compensation has been paid,
-3however, the dispute is only with regard to the payment of interest. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that yesterday the Collector has provided the calculation sheet to the petitioner only and he has instructions to make a statement that the payment to the landowners shall be released in accordance with the calculation submitted within a period of 30 days from today.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petitions are disposed of.
