Further prayer was to stay holding of fresh election during the pendency of the writ petition.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states at the Bar that the present writ petition has become infructuous as fresh elections have been held. In view of the statement made by the counsel at the Bar present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 02.07.2015.
