The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

The present petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay handicap allowances and other benefits on account of services of the petitioner from 1.6.2018 to 31.5.2020 which was extended till 30.9.2020 (typed as 31.9.2020 in the prayer clause). Learned counsel for the State appearing on advance notice submits that the matter is under consideration. It is noted that the petitioner has represented to the respondents on 15.5.2020 and 24.8.2020. Let a decision on the representations be taken at the earliest but not later than 16 th October, 2020.
