(ORAL) The present peon has been filed under Secon 482 CrPC for quashing the summoning order dated 09.08.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram vide which the peoner has been summoned as an accused for 05.06.2024 in a case under Secon 138 of NI Act, 2018 in case No. NACT/89703/2023 and subsequent proceeding arising out of it.
