Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have raised several issues before the Grievance Disposal Committee in terms of clause-H of the Contract/bidders contract, which are pending before the said committee. He submits that the respondent-Mandi Board may be directed to decide the same in accordance with the provisions and stipulations contained in Clause-H of the Contract specially those relating to granting personal hearing on a date and time fixed by the respondentauthorities. Learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State of Punjab, undertakes to appear on behalf of the respondent-Mandi also and submits that decision on the issues raised in the petition, in terms of ClauseH of the Contract, shall be taken by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
