After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner intends to file detailed representation to the respondents and respondents be directed to consider and dispose it of expeditiously. He has further contended that it being so, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that on petitioner moving detailed representation to the respondents with regard to her transfer, the same be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within one month from receipt thereof.
