CM-8827-CWP-2025 in/and CWP-12347-2014 (O&M) -2CWP-12347-2014 (O&M) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 17.04.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Divisional Canal Officer, Devigarh, Division Patiala ordering the restoration of watercourse and order dated 16.09.2013 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Superintending Canal Officer, Bhakhra Main Line Circle, Patiala, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
