Mz.Sudeepti Sharma,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner was engaged as a Part Time Driver on 14.12.2009 with the office of SDM,Garhshankar,Punjab. Thereafter he was engaged as a daily wage driver vide order dated 12.5.2011 (P-3) and his wages were paid at DC rate. His services were, however, terminated vide order dated 29.5.2014/30.5.2014 (P-5) pursuant to surplus employees of Ranjit Sagar Dam being adjusted in the various offices.

Preliminary grievance raised was regarding non-release of his salary/wages from May,2012.

On the previous date of hearing the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that although the respondents have released the salary amounting to Rs.1,08,000/-,vide order dated 26.2.2015,however, it does not discharge the entire liability as the periodic enhancement of the D.C.Rates have not been taken into account. He further submits that aforesaid civil misc.application has been filed depicting the factual situation.

At the time of hearing today,learned State counsel submits that apart from the previous amount of Rs.1,08,000/- paid another sum of Rs.52,242/- has since been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner towards the discharge of the entire liability of due salary to the petitioner. In view of the statement of the learned State counsel, proxy counsel agrees that nothing more requires to be adjudicated in the present petition.

Dismissed as infructuous.
