(ORAL) Mr. Amar Vivek, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3, on instructions of the Secretary, Market Committee, Hisar, states that in view of the order and judgement of a Division Bench of this Court dated 29.05.2013 in CWP-5438-2010 titled as M/s Laxmi Fruit Company and another Vs State of Haryana and others, the respondents agree that the petitioner is eligible for the allotment of the plot on preferential basis under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board (Sale of Immovable Property) Rules, 2000.
