**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This revision petition has been filed under Section 401 Cr.P.C. seeking to challenge the order dated 17.03.2018 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Jhajjar whereby charges under Sections 323, 324, 354 and Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 have been made out against the petitioner Dharambir. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the allegations as set out in the FIR and the charges framed would not constitute the offence as complained of.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and I am not inclined to interfere with the charges that have been famed. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
