This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed in CRWP-3507-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed the compliance report by way of affidavit of Mr. Swapan Sharma, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana in compliance of order dated 16.05.2025, which is taken on record. It has been stated in the compliance report that the representation filed by the petitioner has since been decided and FIR No.94 dated 26.06.2025 under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 has been registered at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana.
