CWP No.16337 of 2019 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation giving all the explanation particularly with regard to list of allegations served upon driver of vehicle resulting into registration of FIR. Ordered accordingly. If any representation is made within a period of two weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter. In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
