***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel has submitted before this Court that the petitioners had approached this Court impugning the order dated 11.01.2018 whereby an application filed by the complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning them as an additional accused, has been allowed by the trial Court. He further submits that during the pendency of the revision petition, both the petitioners had been tried by the trial Court and after the conclusion of the trial, learned trial Court has acquitted the petitioners, vide order dated 25.02.2020 and hence, the present petition has become infructuous and as such, the same be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above said facts.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
