Mr. Balkar Singh, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent, and files his Vakalatnama/Power of Attorney, in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Order dated 18.08.2023, says as under:- "Present :

Mr. Azam Khan, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 01.02.2023 passed by learned additional Principal Judge, Family Camp court, Pataudi, Gurugram, the maintenance amount of Rs.4,000/- has been fixed for the respondent-wife and another set of amount of Rs.4,000/- has been fixed for the minor child. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is unsustainable for the reason that the petitioner is an Advocate, who has himself enrolled/registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council in the year 2021 and at the initial stage of the practice, he is unable to earn much.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that it would be acceptable to the petitioner, if the respondent-wife agrees for some amicable settlement.

Notice of motion for 06.09.2023.

CR-3587-2023 (O&M) - 2 - Bar that the petitioner has withdrawn his petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, on 26.07.2023 i.e. during the pendency of the present revision petition, before this Court. Thus, he submits that present revision petition is worth for disposal, as being rendered infructuous.
