Since none has been causing appearance on behalf of the petitioner(s), same was the position on the last date of hearing, and, specific roles have been assigned to the petitioner(s) in the replies (supra), therefore, this Court does not deem it a fit and deserving case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner(s). Consequently, both the instant petitions are dismissed. 4.
