Balbir Singh Dhol, Director of Public Instructions (SE), Punjab, who is present in person, in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel on the basis of para No.7 of the affidavit submits that the relief sought in the present writ petition has been granted to the petitioner and now nothing survives because the amount has already been paid and the present writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
