(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that against the show cause notice issued to respondent No.3, he has filed an appeal under Section 279 (2) of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976, as stated in para 2 of the reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2. He further submits that since the matter is subjudice before the court, respondent No.2 is unable to proceed further against respondent No.3. He also submits that as and when the appeal of respondent No.3 is decided by the learned court of competent jurisdiction, appropriate action shall be taken by the Municipal Corporation, Amritsar-respondent No.2.
