(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioners is that after getting two additional increments on gaining higher education of M.Tech/M.Phil/Ph.D the anomalies have been occurred as persons who acquired higher education on latter stage are getting higher pay than the petitioners. In this regard, a representation dated 18.02.2015 has been made to the Chairperson, Pay Anomaly Commission, Governmnent of Haryana and anomaly has been highlighted as anomaly No.2 but no decision has been taken thereon.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chairperson, Pay Anomaly Commission, Governmnent of Haryana, to look into the representation dated 18.02.2015 (Annexure P-12), in accordance with law.
