The instant writ petition was tagged with CWP No.6912 of 2015, pendency whereof has been relied upon by the petitioner in the index of his petition.

CWP No.6912 of 2015 (Mange Ram vs State of Haryana and others ) stands disposed of by this Court on July 12, 2017 relegating the petitioner to avail the alternative statutory remedy under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, as applicable to State of Haryana. Since the point in issue involved in the instant writ petition is also the same, the instant writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated July 12, 2017, passed in CWP No.6912 of 2015.
