(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 526 of Cr.P.C read with section 482 Cr.P.C for transferring of the CRM No. 4362 of 2016 dated 18.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) titled as "Bhanvi Vs Rajnish Bansal" for enforcement of order dated 08.06.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patiala, now pending before Ld. Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Patiala to the competent court of Law at Sangrur.

Mr. R.K.Chaudhary, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the previous counsel representing the petitioner, has now been engaged in the Advocate General office. Learned counsel for the petitioner files fresh Power of Attorney on behalf of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record.

CRM-M-30857-2020 (O&M) - 2On the last date of hearing i.e. 24.10.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Written request for adjournment has been circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner.

This matter pertains to the year 2020 and there is no stay operating in favour of the petitioner.

As per office report, dasti notice issued to the respondent has not been received back served or otherwise and in terms of the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed his Power of Attorney in the Registry. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 11.12.2024. Let report be called from the trial Court(s) concerned about the present status of the case(s) in question before the date fixed." In compliance of above order dated 24.10.2024, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala, has submitted his report dated 10.12.2024 duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Patiala, wherein it has been stated as follows:- ".........as per CIS system, this case bearing CRM 4362/2016 (wrongly typed as CRM No. 209/2019) titled as Bhanvi vs. Rajnish Bansal, has already been decided vide order dated 28.09.2022 by the court of Ms. Lukhvinder Kaur Duggal, the then learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala."

In view of the same, no further directions are required to be issued in the present matter.

The present petition stands disposed of.
