Present appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the order dated 24.04.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, whereby anticipatory bail petition filed by the appellant, in case, FIR No.21 dated 23.02.2026, under sections 3(5), 351(3) of BNS (corresponding to sections 34, 506 of IPC) and section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, 1989, registered at PS Alewa, District Jind, was dismissed. 2.
On the very outset, counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, appellant was arrested and thereupon, released on regular bail also. Thus, present appeal can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous. 3.
Ordered accordingly.
