This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 20.09.2021 passed in CWP-12536-2021. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Uttam Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Director Consolidation, Karnal alongwith a speaking order dated 19.05.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy of the compliance report has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the compliance report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.
