Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since after filing of the present writ petition, Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Departments has passed a detailed order dated 6.9.2021 dismissing the representation dated 23.4.2021 of petitioner and the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition bearing CWP No. 21031 of 2021 in that regard. He states that the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present writ petition and has instructed him to withdraw the same, therefore, he be permitted to do so.
