(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.319 dated 05.12.2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 202 and 212 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh.

Vide order dated 14.09.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Ajaivir Singh, that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
