Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent(s) for paying full salary to petitioners for the probation period .

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondent(s). Ordered accordingly.

It is clarified that in case a representation is made within one week from today, same shall be considered within next two weeks in accordance with law.
