Given the above, the present petition is dismissed with the liberty to file fresh after disclosing all criminal antecedents relating to any part of India or abroad. It is clarified that if the petitioner does not attach a new power of attorney [Vakalatnama], then the registry shall not raise an objection, and the vakalatnama filed in this petition shall suffice.
