The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to deposit necessary amount along with interest in their accounts towards contibutory pension scheme, which learned State counsel while referring to the averments made in para 4 of the short reply by way of affidavit of Block Development and Panchayat Officer dated 20.09.2018, stated that the same had already been released, rendering the present petition as infructuous. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in case the entire amount and the share is not, in its entirety, he will submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
